Vents on the upper blade reduce stress whilst channels accelerate water travelling down the blade improving thrust. An ultralightweight design takes the great design of the fin and improves its performance, as well as making transporting easier. The soles of the fins are textured with an anti-slip design for when you're out of the water on a wet surface.
